Environment-based education integrating fun and engaging environmental lessons for children. Moluccas Green School (MGS) or what is usually referred to as a nature school is an environment-based school. Currently there are two locations, namely MGS Benteng Karang which is specifically for scavenger children at the TPA (Final Disposal Site, Toisapu), established in 2015 and MGS BTN Passo Indah, established in 2020. Teaching and learning activities at the Nature School take place in the open air with classes including inspiration, interest and experiment classes. The material provided is also varied. The number of MGS students who are still ACTIVE to date is 96 people. The number of teaching staff is 12 people. The curriculum applied in natural schools is different from the formal one, where the curriculum applied in natural schools is mentosari which is based on three types of education, namely disaster education, environment and healthy lifestyle education. This nature school aims to make children agents of change and ambassadors for the environment from waste.

The Waste Bank is an effort to convert waste into more economic value. Like banks which are places for savings, the Ambon Hijau Waste Bank (BSAH) also accepts savings and has customers. The difference is, what is saved is trash. Everyone can become a Waste Bank customer. By bringing the trash you own, you can get a savings book and every transaction you make will be recorded.

MiniBus is a program at a natural school that aims to teach children to be creative according to their existing talents, as well as introducing them to business from an early age. In this MiniBus program there are several activities carried out, including: Private Tutoring, gardening for children and recycling for children whose results will be marketed.

Conducts waste recycling training and promotes waste bank awareness to various sectors including communities, institutions, and religious organizations.

Activities carried out at the waste bank start from registering new customers, picking up waste, weighing, recording, sorting and packing. Apart from that, the waste bank also carries out waste bank outreach and waste recycling training to the community, agencies and religious institutions.
The Waste Bank once received a visit from the United States Embassy. The waste bank also received a visit from the Sentani Jayapura Youth Foundation for an internship and learning about waste management at the waste bank as well as conducting training on waste sorting and waste recycling.
The types of waste that can be saved are plastic waste, (plastic bottles, disposable plastic cups), copper, brass, iron, aluminum, blue and mixed bottle caps, duplex (food paper), magazines, cardboard and HVS and genes.
The waste bank has also collaborated with several agencies, companies and religious institutions, for example the Ambon City / Maluku Province Environmental Service, Klasis Ambon Island as well as the Hidayatullah and Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic Boarding Schools (Bank Indonesia social program - Establishment of Waste Banks in Liang and Hitu), Nutrifood , and Aqua Danone Indonesia (Socialization and training activities in Hukurilla village).
Achievements achieved by the Ambon Hijau Waste Bank include Forum Group Discussion (FGD) in 2019, Adipura in 2019, 3rd place in Best Idea for Social Enterprise activities organized by AISEC in the Kita Pulang 2020 program.
Collaborations with institutions, companies, and religious organizations such as the Department of Environment Ambon City/Province of Maluku, Klasis Pulau Ambon, Pesantren Hidayatullah, Shuffah Hizbullah, Nutrifood, and Aqua Danone Indonesia.
